WDR97

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR97 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR97-associated genes across cancer lineages are TCP11X2, KRTAP4-8, and PIGY. Each is linked with WDR97 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR97-to-partner and partner-to-WDR97 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TCP11X2 grouped by WDR97-low versus WDR97-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR97→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR97) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
