WDR91

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR91 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,872 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR91-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP8B4, HNMT, and DAB2. Each is linked with WDR91 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR91-to-partner and partner-to-WDR91 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR91 versus ATP8B4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR91→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR91) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
