Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR90 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,018 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR90-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB36, SAMD15, and CCDC113. Each is linked with WDR90 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR90-to-partner and partner-to-WDR90 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR90 versus RAB36 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR90→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR90) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
