Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR90 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WDR90 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher WDR90 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR90 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.
HNSC, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where WDR90 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
