WDR88

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR88 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR88-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, eIF4E, and p90 RSK. Each is linked with WDR88 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR88-to-partner and partner-to-WDR88 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by WDR88-low versus WDR88-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR88→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR88) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
