Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR88 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WDR88 data layer compared with 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher WDR88 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR88 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and PAAD show a favorable association.

UCS, PAAD, and ACC are the cancer types where WDR88 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
