Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR88 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,529 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR88-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with WDR88 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR88-to-partner and partner-to-WDR88 results are reported.
