Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR74 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR74 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher WDR74 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR74 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KICH, LIHC, and BRCA are the cancer types where WDR74 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
