Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR74 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,843 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR74-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosome biogenesis, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, and Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis. Each is linked with WDR74 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR74-to-partner and partner-to-WDR74 results are reported.
