Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR70 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,366 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR70-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NIPBL, PAIP1, and STAG2. Each is linked with WDR70 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR70-to-partner and partner-to-WDR70 results are reported.
