WDR70

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR70 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR70-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, PDCD4, and eEF2. Each is linked with WDR70 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR70-to-partner and partner-to-WDR70 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by WDR70-low versus WDR70-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR70→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR70) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
