WDR62

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,411 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR62-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMC2, SMC4, and MCM7. Each is linked with WDR62 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR62-to-partner and partner-to-WDR62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR62 versus SMC2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR62→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
