WDR59

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,275 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR59-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DHX38, TERF2, and TERF2IP. Each is linked with WDR59 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR59-to-partner and partner-to-WDR59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR59 versus DHX38 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR59→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
