WDR59

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR59 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,447 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR59-associated genes across cancer lineages are DRP2, ADAMTS12, and FAP. Each is linked with WDR59 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR59-to-partner and partner-to-WDR59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR59 versus DRP2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR59→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
