WDR59

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR59 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,133 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR59-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIRLET7A2, CENPH, and ZUP1. Each is linked with WDR59 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR59-to-partner and partner-to-WDR59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIRLET7A2 grouped by WDR59-low versus WDR59-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR59→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
