Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR59 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,662 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR59-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleic acid catabolic process, RNA catabolic process, and mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with WDR59 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR59-to-partner and partner-to-WDR59 results are reported.
