WDR59

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR59 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 313 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR59-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM49B, FAM86B2, and OLFM3. Each is linked with WDR59 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR59-to-partner and partner-to-WDR59 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM49B grouped by WDR59-low versus WDR59-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR59→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR59) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
