Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR45B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,557 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR45B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC137, NARF, and JMJD6. Each is linked with WDR45B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR45B-to-partner and partner-to-WDR45B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR45B versus CCDC137 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR45B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR45B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
