Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR45B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,153 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR45B-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4727, OR51A8P, and NDUFA5P1. Each is linked with WDR45B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR45B-to-partner and partner-to-WDR45B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4727 grouped by WDR45B-low versus WDR45B-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR45B→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR45B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
