WDR41

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR41 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,617 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR41-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBRG4, TBCA, and PDHX. Each is linked with WDR41 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR41-to-partner and partner-to-WDR41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR41 versus TBRG4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR41→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
