Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR41 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WDR41 data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher WDR41 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR41 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and READ show a favorable association.

HNSC, KICH, and LGG are the cancer types where WDR41 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
