WDR41

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR41 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,854 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR41-associated genes across cancer lineages are NEK9, CCNB1, and PTGR2. Each is linked with WDR41 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR41-to-partner and partner-to-WDR41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR41 versus NEK9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR41→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
