WDR41

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR41 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR41-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6U2P, OR9Q2, and RPL23AP56. Each is linked with WDR41 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR41-to-partner and partner-to-WDR41 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR6U2P grouped by WDR41-low versus WDR41-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR41→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR41) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
