Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR38 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 144 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR38-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUSD1, PRPF4B, and ZNF684. Each is linked with WDR38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR38-to-partner and partner-to-WDR38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR38 versus SUSD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR38→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
