Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR38 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR38-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, VHL, and Bax. Each is linked with WDR38 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR38-to-partner and partner-to-WDR38 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by WDR38-low versus WDR38-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR38→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR38) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
