Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR37 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,135 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR37-associated genes across cancer lineages are BIRC5, CUBN, and MINDY3. Each is linked with WDR37 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR37-to-partner and partner-to-WDR37 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR37 versus BIRC5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR37→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
