WDR37

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR37 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,151 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR37-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINGO1-AS2, OR13H1, and RNU6-693P. Each is linked with WDR37 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR37-to-partner and partner-to-WDR37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINGO1-AS2 grouped by WDR37-low versus WDR37-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR37→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR37) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
