WDR36

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR36 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,058 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR36-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CHD1, SRFBP1, and DDX42. Each is linked with WDR36 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR36-to-partner and partner-to-WDR36 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR36 versus CHD1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR36→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
