Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR36 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,516 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR36-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCAN2, DKC1, and WDR12. Each is linked with WDR36 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR36-to-partner and partner-to-WDR36 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR36 versus RCAN2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR36→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR36) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
