WDR31

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR31 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 507 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR31-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCEL-AS1, RNU6-591P, and CIZ1. Each is linked with WDR31 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR31-to-partner and partner-to-WDR31 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCEL-AS1 grouped by WDR31-low versus WDR31-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR31→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
