WDR27

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,790 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR27-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARID1B, TRIM21, and SCAF8. Each is linked with WDR27 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR27-to-partner and partner-to-WDR27 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR27→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR27) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
