Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR27 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WDR27 data layer compared with 3 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher WDR27 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR27 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as READ and HNSC show a favorable association.
KIRC, KICH, and LIHC are the cancer types where WDR27 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
