Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR27 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,912 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR27-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and Signal transduction in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with WDR27 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR27-to-partner and partner-to-WDR27 results are reported.
