WDR24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,355 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR24-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPY26P, SLC7A11, and DGKE. Each is linked with WDR24 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR24-to-partner and partner-to-WDR24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPY26P grouped by WDR24-low versus WDR24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR24→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
