WDR24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR24 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR24-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MSH2, and NF2. Each is linked with WDR24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR24-to-partner and partner-to-WDR24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by WDR24-low versus WDR24-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR24→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
