WDR24

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WDR24 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 473 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR24-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, C12orf57, and ATF2. Each is linked with WDR24 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR24-to-partner and partner-to-WDR24 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by WDR24-low versus WDR24-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR24→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR24) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
