WDR18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 331 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RDXP2, CYP4F36P, and RNU6-604P. Each is linked with WDR18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR18-to-partner and partner-to-WDR18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RDXP2 grouped by WDR18-low versus WDR18-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR18→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
