Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR12 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher WDR12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, PRAD, and LIHC are the cancer types where WDR12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
