WDR12

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,353 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR12-associated genes across cancer lineages are DKC1, MYBL2, and LMOD1. Each is linked with WDR12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR12-to-partner and partner-to-WDR12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR12 versus DKC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
