WDR12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,078 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6507, GPR75-ASB3, and ZNHIT3. Each is linked with WDR12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR12-to-partner and partner-to-WDR12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6507 grouped by WDR12-low versus WDR12-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR12→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
