WDCP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,799 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDCP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM7, CAD, and EFTUD2. Each is linked with WDCP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDCP-to-partner and partner-to-WDCP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDCP versus MCM7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
