Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP1L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,401 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPMP2, RNU6-258P, and RNU7-147P. Each is linked with WBP1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP1L-to-partner and partner-to-WBP1L results are reported.
