WBP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WBP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,030 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDX47, STRAP, and NIP7. Each is linked with WBP11 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP11-to-partner and partner-to-WBP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WBP11 versus DDX47 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
