WBP11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WBP11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,840 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WBP11-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRAP, KDM5A, and USP5. Each is linked with WBP11 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WBP11-to-partner and partner-to-WBP11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WBP11 versus STRAP in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.86.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WBP11→partner) and Y-score (partner→WBP11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
