Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,295 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, RNF168, and XPO1. Each is linked with WASHC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC1-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC1 results are reported.
