WASHC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASHC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASHC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are POTED, NTAN1P1, and MIR6766. Each is linked with WASHC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASHC1-to-partner and partner-to-WASHC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, POTED grouped by WASHC1-low versus WASHC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASHC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASHC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
