WASH4P

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASH4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,800 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WASH4P-associated genes across cancer lineages are WASH9P, WASH2P, and WASH6P. Each is linked with WASH4P in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASH4P-to-partner and partner-to-WASH4P results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WASH4P versus WASH9P in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASH4P→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASH4P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
