Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WASH4P RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated WASH4P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher WASH4P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WASH4P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and CESC show a favorable association.

LIHC, KIRC, and UCEC are the cancer types where WASH4P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
