Across TCGA patient cohorts, WASH4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,158 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASH4P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin nucleation, Regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, and Regulation of DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with WASH4P in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASH4P-to-partner and partner-to-WASH4P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of actin nucleation grouped by WASH4P-low versus WASH4P-high in LAML.
