Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, WASH4P mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WASH4P-associated genes across cancer lineages are FABP9, PRSS58, and RFPL3. Each is linked with WASH4P in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WASH4P-to-partner and partner-to-WASH4P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FABP9 grouped by WASH4P-low versus WASH4P-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WASH4P→partner) and Y-score (partner→WASH4P) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
